General help
Anything about using the app — reminders, notifications, documents, family sharing, the email connection.

Support
NxtDue is built by one developer, so there is no ticket queue and no chatbot. There is one address for everything — support, billing, privacy and grievances — and it reaches the person who wrote the code. Replies usually take one working day, and always within three.

Cancel a subscription in your store, not with us — it takes two taps. Refunds go through Apple or Google first; if they send you back to us, write here.

Export requests, questions about what we store, or a complaint about how we have handled your data.
Use the address above. We answer data requests within 30 days, usually far sooner.
NxtDue is in closed testing on TestFlight (iPhone) and a Google Play closed track (Android). Testers get every build first, and their reports change what ships. Send us a line and say which phone you have — for Android we need the Gmail address linked to your Play Store, because that is how Google grants access.
Almost always one of three things. Check that notifications are allowed for NxtDue in your phone's settings; check that battery optimisation is not restricting the app (common on Android, where the manufacturer's own power settings are separate from Android's); and check that the reminder's alert timing is what you expect, under the reminder itself. If all three look right, write to us with the reminder's name and the date it should have fired.
Your number is your account, so it cannot be swapped from inside the app yet. Write to us from a position where you can still receive a code on the old number, and we will move the account across.
It looks at recent mail for renewal and receipt language. It will miss things — particularly mail in a language it does not parse, receipts that arrive as an image or an attachment only, and anything filtered out of your inbox before it arrives. It never creates a reminder by itself, so nothing is lost by adding those by hand.
WhatsApp delivery is a Premium feature and it is off until you switch it on, so check first that Premium is active and that the toggle is on under Settings → Notifications. Then check the number you gave: it has to be a number that is actually registered with WhatsApp, in full international form. If a message still does not arrive, the reminder itself is unaffected — it goes out by push notification and email regardless — and we would like to hear about it.
Settings → Privacy & security → Export. You get everything you have put in, in a portable format, without asking anyone.
Settings → Privacy & security → Delete account, or from nxtdue.com/delete-account if you no longer have the app. Cancel any active subscription in your store first — deleting the account does not cancel it.
