Pricing

Two plans. One of them is free.

No trial that expires, no card to start, and no plan that deletes your data if you stop paying. Premium removes the limits and adds WhatsApp reminders and family sharing — that is the whole difference. One price per store, the same in every country.

No card. No countdown.

Premium is purchased inside the NxtDue app, through the store you installed it from. The price is the same in every country — what changes it is the store: ₹29 / ₹229 on Google Play, $1.99 / $19.99 on the App Store, because the two run different pricing tiers. Your store may display the amount converted into your local currency, and always shows the final figure, including any applicable taxes, before you confirm.

What Premium adds

Four differences, and nothing hidden behind them

No cap at 10

The free plan holds ten active reminders, which covers the things that really cannot slip. Premium removes the number entirely — track the whole household's paperwork if you want to.

1 GB instead of 100 MB

100 MB is roughly a few dozen policy PDFs. 1 GB is ten times that — enough for scans, photographed receipts and warranty cards for everything you own.

WhatsApp reminders

A renewal alert delivered to WhatsApp as well as to the phone's notification tray. You choose the number, and you can turn it off again at any time in Settings.

Family sharing

One shared space for you and up to 5 more people. They join with their own free sign-in and see only what is shared into the space — never the rest of your account.

Billing, plainly

The six questions everybody actually has

Does it renew automatically?

Yes. Premium is a subscription that renews on its own — every month or every year, whichever you chose — until you cancel. The store charges you within 24 hours before each new period begins, at the price shown when you subscribed.

Why is the Play price in rupees and the App Store price in dollars?

Because Apple and Google run their own pricing tiers, and NxtDue is priced once in each. Neither price varies by country — an Android user pays the ₹29 tier and an iPhone user the $1.99 tier wherever they are, and the store handles the conversion and the tax. If you use both, the plan is the same plan either way; the account is yours, not the phone's.

How do I cancel?

In your store account, not by writing to us — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NxtDue → Cancel. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NxtDue → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you are not charged again. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel a subscription.

What happens when Premium ends?

Nothing of yours is deleted. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free and its limits apply: the 10 reminders due soonest stay active, and the rest are locked — kept and listed, but silent and read-only until you subscribe again or delete some to make room. Your first 100 MB of uploads stay open; files beyond that are locked the same way. WhatsApp delivery stops, and a shared family space is paused rather than deleted — everyone in it sees only their own until the owner subscribes again. The exact terms are here.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds follow their policies — request one through the store that took the payment. If the store points you back to us, use the address on the support page and we will look at it. Your statutory rights as a consumer where you live are unaffected. Full refund terms.

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

You give NxtDue a WhatsApp number and confirm you want reminders there. We send a short, fixed renewal message — never marketing, never a conversation — and only for reminders you created. Turn it off in Settings and delivery stops immediately. Requires a number that can receive WhatsApp messages.

Storage is measured across everything you have uploaded and not deleted. At your plan's limit new uploads stop; nothing already stored is removed. If Premium ends with more than 100 MB stored, the files beyond your first 100 MB are locked, not deleted. See Storage in the Terms.
